Tags, description, title are very important for your channel growth these help you to rank your videos in search result and people can find it easly. After this Thumbnail is also important because this makes people to click on your video. 

2.Content quality

Content quality is most important becouse your content will decide how fast your channel will grow. Sound quality, and editing is also an important thing. As youtube algorithm watch time is necessary to grow your channel your content will decide that people will stay on your video or not.

3.A fixed Niche

A fixed niche is necessary so you can get audience related to your niche and if you decide to change your niche they it will create a bad sense on your audience. Do not try to make videos on which you want to make. Try to know what people want, make videos on that topic.

4.Maintain your consistency

When you will start your channel, this is not possible that you start your earning from first day, it will take some time to grow your channel. You just have to improve your content day by day and Maintain that consistency. 

5. Engage your audience

Audience is most valueable for you, so try to engage your audience with you. Do not share wrong information, don't change your niche.

6.Smart analysis 

Analysis is very necessary. This tell you that your audience want to know. Which type of content your audience want and when. Try to give answers of comments. 

7.Asking your audience

Do not forget to ask your audience for subscribing your channel and for likes shares and to watch it without skiping any part. That is necessary to ask in each and every video.

These are some basic tips that you should follow to get an instant and fast growth on youtube. 

Getting your first 1000 subscribers and 4 thousands hours of watch time is very difficult but you have to complete this to start your monitizatioion for your channel.
